The property extends for 20 hectares over the hills of Umbria , close to the border with Tuscany . Part of the land is used for grazing by a herd of cows and horses.

             

The rest of the land is covered with olive groves and vines for the production of wine and olive oil that is for sale exclusively to our guests, along with honey and seasonal vegetables
